Title: NPC with a grudge

Ok so after todays rollback, I ended up in NCR with a broken arm and a grease (I was waiting for a bomber and someone threw a knife at me arm so I had to use a grease) and I decided in my infinite wisdom to burst doofus the loser car guard so I could respawn.
Anyway now he is constantly slowly shambling towards me, when he does get close he punches me and all the guards proceed to side with him. Any ideas? Its sort of a pain to have to walk around in circles trying to avoid this moron. Is he gonna forget about me anytime soon or am I doomed to walk in circles forever?

I believe you need to let him, and him himself, kill you. Like letting him have the last hit on you. Not 100% sure on this though.
