FIXES:
- Crafting machines requiring water don't consume waterbags (empty waterbags can be retrieved from the machines along with products).
- Removed tobacco from bases, tobacco regeneration should work again.
- Tobacco and barley graphics is updated when the plants regrow.

CHANGES (WIP):
- Added medical terminal in Vault 15.
- Significantly reduced weight of some unreasonably heavy (over 5kg each) crafting items (Upgraded Power Servos, Advanced Super-Burn Mix, Parts of a detonator, Extended Magazine, Extended Capacitor Battery, Hot-wired Plasma Bolt Chamber, Improved Capacitor Battery, Magnetic Field Targeting System, Improved Heaterchamber, Scope, Speed Loader, Laser Pointer).
- Moved beer brewing machines to East Side of New Reno.
- Lowered beer price in the bars to 10 caps.
- Lowered base prices of barley (5 caps), tobacco (40 caps) and fruits (10 caps).
- Crafting Rot Gut requires 5 fruits instead of 2.
- Stealth Girl perk is easier to find (you need need only 100 repair or 100 sneak to see the dialog, but you won't be able to learn the perk until you meet full requirements).
- On head damage indication now shows crippled limbs.
- Minor interface changes.
- Motion sensor:

- Run the updater to obtain the new files.

Nice update, but what is point of re-adding drug terminal in vault city if we still can't craft 90% of drugs with a broken game feature the advance chemical components?

Great to hear that tobacco can be regenerated again. Good fixes! Amazing how easy it was to get 1000kg+ CW when crafting MKII fuel, for example.

At first I didn't remember what the"medical terminal was, but then I remembered that it's workbench to craft drugs. Great to finally have it some place other than just Vault City, nice to see that something is planned with drugs.

Hmm that would be the space it takes up, but yeah I totally agree, it should be lowered, it's way too high.

Oh didn't know, never made any alt for that since crafting anything good is impossible. Well still good that it's in more than one place then, though Fat Man is right, sadly.

What are these minor interface changes?
Hover over the Radiated and Poisoned (and probably Injured) statuses in the corner of the client to see percentages.

Lowering weight wouldn't change anything, lockers use volume.

I don't think so... just nobody crafts there because of high cost of SS and other drugs require currently non-obtainable HQ chems

Which crafting machines need water?  Good update though on most things.  Though now it displays that I have a level in the upper corner even if I just have 1 skill point unspent, that's kind of annoying.

Now if the bigger issues could be addressed like Repair, and crafting.


Also why is it that right after update my item slots display the percentage of my weapon damage and ammo left, yet after one relog it disappears?

so i will do it in calssic way:
1.hq components
2.more armors
3.fix this crashing serv
4.fix fr
5.fix armor penalty after death. can u switch it from -50% to -15% and -25% after crit death?

Yes please and make armors dmg resistance drop only if the condition is below 50%

An assault rifle with exp magazine or a laser rifle used for farming can go from 100% to 0% incredibly fast.



Same goes with armor, I used a 100/100 MAMKII against Rave Parties for lulz once and the armor would deteriorate around 15% per encounter everytime I was getting punched while enslaving the knocked ones.

Yes they should fix it and death penalty is to much. 15-25% would be fine
