Its bad idea that sneakers can wear weapons, such as gatlings and others. Its not realistic that you can sneak with such a big weapon as gatling. Sneakers should be able to use sg, melee or throwing weapons, but nothing else, because their purpose should be the most for the TC. Its stupid to fight with sneakers in TC. I mean than everyone should have a sneaker char and it can be only sneakers fight over TC, so there won`t be losing armors and helmets. ;)

Maybe thats why devs made the motion sensors to stop that yes?

Even with motion sensor, sneakers shouldnt wear gatlings or bgs. Motion sensor can be good for sneakers in general.

Sneak is shit for everything but pve. In gear people see you at 23 hex, naked you get one shotted. It takes way too many stats for the shitty effect it gives, only low pe chars are hth and they aren't a threat to anyone. If you see sneak in tc its a scout, no sd crit is taking out 300 hp in gear, even by some miracle you did you'd die by the next shot.

When you sneak you have 6 hex malus with a rifle, 12 hex malus with a heavy weapon.
It's not so easy to be a good sneak.

I don't really see that as a problem, personally I have sg, ew and bg sneaker and every time I want to kill someone I have to bring quite good gear to the fight and believe me, killing such sneaker isn't that hard if your team mates protect you.

Actually it's the cheap throwing/pistol sneaks that cause most problems because they are effective with simple gear. A sd pistoler/thrower can cause more trouble than visible variant of similar build.
BG/ew sneaks are actually risking lootworthy gear and use drugs.
Fighter sneaks are mostly trouble for low-health snipers wearing bad armors.

carrying big guns gives you -70% penalty to sneak if im right.. so if you see sneaker from ~25 hex + he has penalty you can see him from like 30 hex.. what's the problem?

no it depends on if the weapon is 2 handed or heavy class(bg, gatling), weight hasn't been involved in sneak calculation since last wipe.

I think if anything sneak and big guns work better together to simulate "concealment at range." Imagine a military being able to deploy machine gun nests (or artillery) under foliage and then quickly tearing them down again.

the only weapons that have enough range and damage for sneak to be useful are 2handed and have malus. One handed just doesn't have the range or damage necessary to be effective, even sd crits don't have enough of a multiplier. (other than gauss)
