Title: Tribal running animation fix.

The more you know: the female tribal changes her ponytail hairstyle to bob, while running.

I suggest fixing this by adding the running ponytail animation.

Also, i'd like to point at Jotisz' suggestion (http://fodev.net/forum/index.php/topic,19127.0.html)

Fixed by Horatio himself, will be in client after next update.
