and the AC perks are now largely useless, can we expect changes to hth perks?

Farm stuff if u want hh like it was before update. Ac was troll and it ruin pvp.

That means the HtH crafter girl i made after wipe can retire to the base and craft stuff.

AC does what it has to, it closes gap, but not so much anymore.

I didnt see your thread yuri, but my thoughts on it are this. 3 dodge perks, 10%, 10% and a hth only 15%. This follows the max 35% precedent set by crit and defense. Dodge would be calculated after hit % like with in your face.

well instead of chance to hit - ac which could result in 5% chance to hit, you'd have 95% - 10-35%. So max dodge would be 1/3. As for 1 hexing, not like anyone needs to one hex hth, you can easily kill them at range.

Well I already said: AC was my disable-PvP-Button :D
I'm a pure PvE player and my builds are usally stomped by PvP-Builds because I only play crafter/hybrids and usally never level them higher than lvl 15. So AC was a nice compensation for myself personaly, because my enemies are usualy one-hitting me.
And I never whined, because I choose to play that way, and it makes wasteland even more interesting because you really have that feeling that you are the clever tinker type, but can't handle a gun, run away like a coward and die from few wounds. AC was just a tiny bit of "relax"-mode for me :)
If lowering AC-Cap or removing AC completly from the game makes the majority of the server happy, I'm with them. Because without the constant dangers (the PvPers in unguarded towns) I would be bored living in the northern area.
