Title: Sniper builds

Anybody here have sniper builds you can give me?
Trying to make one atm but new era so I have no idea what to do/make.
Going to use cigs/nuke cola. How are the drop rates  and crafting this era?

25% crit chance
50 sight range
rbte included
energy weapons
uses jet nuka and cigs
