Title: Sharpened Spear chance to become Spear

Guns should have jamming/etc. with deterioration- but some fumbling is already in with crit fails which IIRC are conncted to deterioration.

But hey, it makes some sense, when you sharpen spear it's sharp, when you use it, it stops being so sharp, eventually reaching the previous state.

But better suggestion for this would be simply to scrap sharpened spear as item and just buff up normal spear to sharpened state at full condition. Remember there was no deterioration in Fallout.
