This is a brd x3 BG build. only level 15. 9 levels to do what you please with. This is how it'll work. You give me the caps, then I give you the password. You can change it once I give it to you.

Just FYI, skins weren't meant for trade and can be removed at any time - just like they were given.
So don't cry if you spend money on it and some day turn into bluesuit.

Skins were given for free for personal use to enhance roleplay. Not so you can sell them for a big bag of caps after there is no more skin supply. Anyway, I'm not stopping you, but they were wiped at least once in the past and if this happens again there will be no refunds of any kind, so I'm warning potential buyers.
