Im in the old bunker(bos quest) i killed the robots i found gordans dead body but what now?

go to the last level of the bunker and find the computer and get the information from it needed to do quest.

I think i know that a rope is neseccery becuase of thye elevator anyway i didnt bring one white me and i cant leave the area i also got a alt but i died on my way there and now i dont got pulse grenades to kill the robots(i can kill em whit guns but then i need to go to san fran again ncr is bugged) anyway is my main screwed

you can leave and go get a rope and come back,i forgot rope my first time and i was allowed to come back after i left the bunker.

where would i esxactly get a rope?

make one by getting fibers or buying one from trader/player
or by trading in your bos faction points and asking a quartermaster for one.
