Title: Pause game in any encounter

It sucks to get shot when entering a zone only because my computer loads more slowly than the other dudes. Could something be implemented when at least two characters are recognized in a zone a message pops up disabling any gun action and the shooting may resume only when all players have cleared the message from the screen?

Then the game should merely pause(hold all player actions still) for five seconds as a PvP encounter begins, giving players' screens time to load up the surroundings.

That brings so many wasteful consequences with it. I cry when I think of landfills.

if you have a shitty computer dont take it out on us. even me with a simple laptop can play 2238 without lag (besides when its server side). besides people would just troll other players if this suggestion ever happened.

I think the problem is when you spawn into an area where a player already is. My computer can handle the game just fine, though there is no excuse to be immediately shot after the game loads the encounter.

If anything, it is the other guy's computer that causes the problems, giving him free shots at me while my computer deciphers his clustered entry point.

Few advices:
- use turn based
- get more outdoorsman, to not get thrown into encounter
- get better internet connection/pc, because when you won't get killed at city/encounter load, you'll get killed by player anyway then.

 I understand that playing with 300-400 of ping a pvp game there some problems like that, but, a pause function just for realtime random encounters is overstatement. My advices are: NEVER enter in a red circle in the world map and get better PER (longer distance between you and your enemys when entering in a random encounter)
