Title: Caravan carts...

This suggestion is just about rebalancing them:
In future, when brahmins will be nerfed, and they wont be able to carry over 2 tons of materials from mines, we could actually use caravans, but for now they arent worth that and ain't that usable, so I suggest improving them in several ways:
- Give them around 500 kilo capacity for medium sized caravan (and change price to 1,5k caps or 2k caps), and 750 kilo for big sized caravan (that for 3k caps).
- Give ~ -100% outdoorsman to the driver (This is caravan not scout guy, and hes moving fast, not slow like caravan), so it'll be more reliable, and might be funny or annoying (depends if you got guards or not)
- After 10 minutes (staying in encounter) they could work like tent, but for 1 - 3 days irl, that might be good.
- Give no follower limit, whenever player got low charisma (making traveller alt won't be needed thou, and apes might use it).

Make them visible on WM and/or encounterable again also. And I would be totally satisfied then.
