Hello everyone
I have windows 7 32 OEM version but I want install 64 version, can I do it with my key? Will it work? Oh, I forgot I have Home edition version, so I must get Home edition 64 too.

You can't install a 64bit version of windows on a 32bit system

I mean full reinstall system.

Should be possible although I'm not sure. Try it. I bought Windows Seven Home Premium x86 myself.

I read about it and is possible and legal so I will try it.

Just backup your things in case that your OEM key does not work. As from what I saw, license for windows cover both versions, and hopefully so does OEM licenses.
