Title: Hummer or Highwayman

So I have a decent amount of caps on Me and I was looking at the Vehicles on the wiki to buy and it doesn't give much detail into the Highwayman, Which is better the Highwayman or the Hummer?

Highwayman is fast, Hummer is slow

I would go for Hummer

Highwayman is good fast vehicle, but it doesn't carry a lot of crap...

Hummer is slow, but carries a lot of junk...
