Title: Help me to choose sniper build.

what is your opinion about these builds, help me to choose the best one.

All of these builds have 14 action points (double eye shot) and 95% chance hit to eyes from 50hex. they use Nuka, Cigs, Jet drugs.

PE is capped at 12. (9 PE + cigs + sharpshooter)

The one with the highest luck,definitely.It increases the chance of bypass those bulky 1lk bg gunners.And up to me,hp are not the most important stuff for a sniper.

I like the first one the most, It's nice to have extra hit points in case of close combat.

You could take sharpshooter at lvl 9, drop the more critical and take lifegiver instead--which would give you the leeway to funnel some EN into LK.

max out luck. with 5 lk and more crits + even more crits you only have 68 crit chance on eyes. with comabt helm mk2 its only 48 chance and if the person happens to have bonehead now its only 38.
with 10 lk its and all the perks its 85 chacne if you minus everything i just said its now 55 chance which is a hell of alot better then 38
i suggest
1 str
8 pe use cigs + sharpshooter
en 6
ch 1
int 6
agi 9 - use nuka
10k

perks
brof
sharpshooter
bettter crits
life giver +2
rbte
weapon handling
even more crits
