As in topic name, After all, BA was made by the brotherhood

I say no if they can be repaired up to 70%.

Its better 87% because I found some camk2 from NCR army like that and I repaired it to 87/87

Solar intended for armors to not drop resistances until 50%, do you know what that means?

Armors from encounters finally usable including CAmk2, and adding BA's to a hard encounter witch has to be cleared is the way to go, can't drop armors from arms ;D Personally i think adding armors to factions, quests is a boring way and waste of time to implement.
