Title: Stronger enc. around SF

I think the encounters should be tougher especially around San Francisco.The "hardest" guys are the mercenaries.I think have to be stronger and give them better weapons:Plasma pistol,223 pistol.And for Hubogolist too.

They have plasma grenades, it hurts a lot. I think they good enough.

Stronger? You know how many times those press gang / merc guys have killed me when just passing through? It seems like they get a critical hit to a different part of the body with every shot.

True but 2 wipe before SF was the toughest place.And btw: Did u played with Fallout 2? If yes i guess u know how hard are da enemies round SF.I know its Fonline not Fallout 2,but its a Fallout based game doesn't it?So i think it must be a lil harder. There is not even Caravans in the game!

Well just becouse it's based on fallout 2 and 1 it doesn't mean it has to be the same. If you want get some harder encounter, go hunt something else. Press gang now have their place as still quite strong encounter.
But you are right with that caravans, where are they? I want them back :D !
