Title: Base Extras for Caps

Hi i like the idea about some extras u could buy from merchants or so with which u can upgrade some bases , for example maybe an auto doc that could heal u or some extra lockers and stuff maybe some lights too for decoration kind of that stuff what y all think ?

I know, that there are already items (bugged this way maybe) that you can plant on the ground. Like trees, you could have seen them in NCR pubs etc. Or lockers, those high metal ones, i saw them in trapper camp base. I have even heard about someone, who has all kinds of furniture as items in some locker and is able to plant them on the ground.

So no engine change required. Just find those items that can be planted on the ground. Then make some NPC trade them via dialog. Say a 1 tree for 100 Fruit, 100 Junk for Metal locker, 200 Wood for wooden shelve.

Add in the ability to purchase better tool bench, or neat things like Better lighting in the Bunker/cave.  Maybe even a working Generator you have to repair and use power cells on.  But really more lockers and such would be cool.

The locker suggestions are good; there's probably a lot of things that could be done too with permanent flares and new variations of glowy beers to make lawn art / Vertibird landing strips.
