Title: Uh, I can't find Gunrunners Base?

I'm new to this game and I found out that theres a quest that gives you points in Small Guns, A 10mm and some ammo, I tried looking at the original
location from Fallout but I didn't find it.

Help, My character really needs these points.

Easiest way is to go to world map and select "Town View" and then enter the boneyard at the north east point.
