Title: Purchasable skill upgrades at lvl 21

In order to lower the dependency on alts and give players something to do at 21, I'm suggesting that certain trainers throughout the wastes will increase your skill by 10% for 10k caps as long as your skill is less than 91% and you are lvl 21.

That would only make the gap between the wealthy and the poor even larger and make it even easier to create power builds.Im pretty sure you can save skill points for later use instead of spending them when you lvl.Save the points from the last three lvl's and after you pay to have whatever you want brought up to 91% spend what you saved.I dont like this idea

A problem, which is easy to solve. You can't buy any skill if you have any skillpoints saved up. Use those first.
Change the price to 30k caps per 10%. (max 100%) and return the spend money back into the pool (encounters/traders.)
This would keep the economy flowing nicely.

It would kill roleplay pretty much. Universal char = bad char.

lol 100 skill isn't enough to do anything in combat.

but it is enough for vital tasks like bartering and maybe even outdoorsman (if you didn't bother making a runner)

you can wait till level 21 and saving your skillpoints, then have all stats 91 from money, and raise them to how much you need with skillpoints you gained, idea is total crap, sorry man. Current system is to make people not able to have universal characters, and you want to make that mistake.

I think the most skill points you can save is 99 before your just wasting them,but even if it was only 10 points max it would still be too many.

I like how I agreed my idea was bad once saving points was brought up yet people still bother saying it.
