Title: Add 2 lists (fixed bugs, bugs waiting for fix sub boards at development board)

for more comfortable gaming and knowledge

add:
BUGS (waiting for fix)(work in progress) board, sub-board (players gonna know what features they cant use)

FIXED BUGS (each bug lasts here for 30 days) (players gonna know which bugs was fixed and can use this ingame options)

This can be awesome to have it on forum also, without option to comment\edit from forum
