Starting bid: 2000 caps
Minimum Increase: 250 caps

I'm sorry, I don't have interesting things to say on the forum (and I don't whine).
So yes, I only have 0% speech.

But all trades (not much, but some) I've done were safe.

I would understand distrust if it was Combat Armor BP.
But I don't think SCP BP interests scamers  ::)
