Add the possibility to delete, modifiy own tickets, currently it's impossible to do, i just accidentally made two tickets of same, can't delete the duplicate my self.

This would require some plugin, could be done but not in close future.

You can't search with words under three letters. Sadly, "TC", "AI" etc are two letters acronyms.
I also noticed that filtering with tags doesn't seem to work.

As for the first, not sure if it's hardcoded trac 'feature' or whether it can be configured.

The latter is just an inconvenience, because 'tags' mean wiki pages tags (not the keywords used for ticket description), and the only tag visible to players is 'public'.
