Title: long range cripler build

hi,i tried a build for a sniper cripler, what you think?

Isn't bonus rate of fire for 1-shot sniper rifle useless? It won't make much difference, action boy will be better, as it'll do the same for shooting if it'll consume all APs, but more AP regen, if compare to any other action.
Also you have too high IN.
Also you may not take fast reload.
Also you may not take RBtE, as you better not to shoot head/eyes at all after last update.
Also you may try to use buffout, it'll give you +1 SPECIAL total.
Also you better tag doc instead of outdoorsman. Don't touch that useless skill at all. Outdoorsman = gambling = isn't implemented, as you can move your cursor on exit grid and press left mouse button and your character will leave encounter.

So you need to change SPECIAL, perks and some skills.


Edit:
Don't take RBtE because it's ridiculous, before update helmets gave you X crit defence. Useless RBtE made it 0.75X.
Now helmets give you 2X crit defence. RBtE make it X. So useless RBtE before update was actually useful if compare it to today's RBtE. So... just don't shoot heads and eyes, go for arms, legs and groin.

so i change RBtE, FR and BRoF with T, ET and LG or ET, LG and LG+?

i'd go with EW weapons. Magneto laser pistol is great for crippling, 90% shots cripple limbs.
