Title: More comfortable trains
Post by: Horatio on July 01, 2012, 09:17:08 pm
Hello.

I'd like to suggest some more comfortable carriages than NCR train boxcars.

My sources told me, that Wrights have in New Reno depot four semirestaurated comfortable Pullman carriages. Unfortunately, NCR has not rebuild the rail connection to New Reno ever since its foundation, so retrieving it without rails will be difficult.

Here is a rough sketch of what the man saw in New Reno before guards spotted him.

Let me hear what you think about those comfy looking wagons.

But green is so second class. You really want this mahagoni painted green?

LagMaster, i can't just slap the NCR bear on the wagon, yet. The Wrights will have something against it, this thing is still in Reno, remember?

Well, the walls are made of mahagoni. Too expensive. Teak. It's made of teak, the same wood the decks on ships are made. And it doesn't rot, because it's very heavy and dense wood. But the roof is made of aluminium, it even has some water streaks on the sides... And aluminium doesn't rust, it just build up a protective layer of oxydes on its surface. So it just get darkened.

No its to clean throw some brahim turd, rocks and add some dust on it and it will be perfect for the wasteland.

IMO most important change with trains would be to make them ride on time.

Yes, it needs more rust.
Smash some windows in, add some rusty grate, a steel panel with a embrasure and bullet holes. The train is supposed to be safe, make him armored and full of guards!

Heh. Maybe i will do that. Maybe NCR want its trains in pristine state.

Devs. What do you think about this? Would you implement this, provided a .frm?
