To buy this game from your firm? I have several friends who play and are fed up with the lackluster service and rollbacks. How  much to completely buy this item, for terms of My ownership etc?

it is free. but devs wont give you their work. you can even think if they will put it to open source. try write to demonek/xenom

If you and your friends have programing skills, offer your help to the devs.

Devs not responding doesn't mean they're not reading.
