having a weak caricature with weak weapons i use turn based play.
some encounters with NPCs i get the choice of turn or real time.
many times Ive been in towns and real players decide to take out the noob, and i die.
how about if you decide to attack a player that has chosen turn play, you are forced to play that battle in turn play.
in short, the player that starts the fight is forced to play in the style of the defender.
don't even know if its possible to implement, but Ive noticed that most aggressive players choose real time and may not want to take the time, wasting time, on turn play.
many may just say screw this and run away.
i love the game when its up.

How about no, its most stupid idea ever i heard, its just more noob than its ever now ;D

In encounters, it does work like that, in towns, it will never work.

There aren't any noobs to abuse, the 50 people that still play are all recognizable.

Plus you would probably be killed in TB as well, maybe even more efficiently than in RT.

As Sarakin said, this doesn't even make sense. If you are talking about towns, say hello to literally hour-long turn cycles if it is a populated city like NCR. If you are talking about random encounters, the combat is set by the person that made the encounter: in this case, the noob. And, if you're talking about being sucked into an encounter, that's your fault for being sucked into the encounter, and they should have their choice of combat (but random encounter PvP barely ever happens in this session, so I doubt this is what you are talking about).

As a new/weak player, avoid unguarded towns. Also never go into NCR carrying gear.

TB in public locations won't happen (with exception for events).
