he means his own images of lsw to prove that its not fake

..exactly...

I see, however it is not necessary to post such screen because that way you only ensure customers that you have items you are selling. I've seen many scammers posting images but when you meet them they try to kill you.
For all potential customers, I know AtomicWrangler a bit and I am pretty sure that he is a fair trader. Such recommendation is (in my oppinion) much more effective than a screenshot made by an auctioneer himself.

he's also a member of the BP guild so maybe that counts for something..

Go to your game showing the screen with the 5 LSWs.
Press the "Print Screen" or "Prtsc" button.
Open Paint or other image editor and press Ctrl V.
Save pic.
Go to imageshack.
Upload pic on imageshack and get the direct link.

Seriously, I don't see any point in screenshot posting since it doesn't prove anything.

Save pic and then photoshop it?

You can't prove if image is original screenshot, but in many cases it can be proven
that the image file was altered or even just opened in Photoshop and saved again.
So I think it's better to always demand a picture.
It doesn't protect you against people who have the items of course.
-
LOL why are people doing this over 5 LSWs? Just bid on this like your supposed to.

Lots of people use "PrtSc -> directly insert to Photoshop (or any other software) -> imageshack" way of posting images without making any modifications (only cropping) on the original image. If I am not mistaken there is no way to prove that the image was altered that way. I can send you several pictures and let you guess, what do you think ;)

Well a buyer may demand original screenshot file saved with F3 I think. How about you send me original JPG screenshot saved with F3 key and another, altered screenshot (can be even one pixel changed) and I will let you know which isn't original JPG saved by FOnline.

Just guessing Jovanka's method: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exchangeable_image_file_format
