Title: Why is a Cockroach less expensive than a Buggy?
Post by: Brujah on June 15, 2012, 01:27:54 pm
Whenever I go to the place where you buy the cockroack it costs at least 2k more to install the FCC than the price of a Buggy/Scout in Reno.
What is so special about the cockroach? Does it have an endless supply of gas or something? It never breaks?
What makes people say the Cockroach is cheaper than the smaller cars in T-ray's?

It probably costs more because people have more FCCs and therefore can buy more Cockroaches. The base price for a Cockroach is low, if I remember correctly. Whether the fact that people have more FCCs is because of the fact that more people have to look for Blueprints/Junk now or whether devs increased the rate, I don't know.
The Cockroach isn't that special, but it does degrade/use fuel pretty slow, but not amazingly slow. The trunk space is small.

cockroach is more expensive because it has great speed and very low fuel in take per sqaure traveled. it also cost so much because its supposed to be a semi rare car. this era thou devs made fcc easy to get and everyone has 5+ fccs so the price went up alot.
