Title: New items from Fallout mods.

Gas Mask:

+30% (or whatever) poison/rad resistance when equipped as mask, no dmg protection.


Marijuana:

-2 perception
-1 agility
+3 charisma


Fish:

Can be cooked and eaten, healing almost as good as a stimpack (maybe some way to fish them?)


Wine:

+1 CH
-1 PE


Watch:

Tells you the time when you use it.


Cosmetics case:

+1 CH for female characters.


Pop rocks:

Small chance of blowing yourself up if you eat it with nuka.


Dog Food:

Heals any dog to max health (craft idea: 3 jerky).


Mirrored Shades:

-Gives you 1CH when equipped as a mask, no dmg protection.


Oil Can:

-Fixes car in 2%-5%.


Most of these are from mods but I'm sure there's some way to add them easly.

Oh, this one already works that way since last wipe, even if there was no chance for players to see that (item isn't placed anywhere in quests/encounters).

I like that. it's a good idea.
