Scout is slow, takes more fuel and you have a bigger risk running into PKing campers.
Next time use a search to check auction prices for FCC.

If you don't need the extra trunk size and you travel alone, than I think it's better.

As said, if you don't need the extra trunk size and you travel alone, it's better.
It's faster than a scout. I have several alts which don't need the extra trunk size and have 1 CH. Cockroachs is fine for them.
