Title: Base defense!

I suggest an option to faction terminal to make the base openly visible on the worldmap for 10 minutes.

Why? Because then the factions will be able to put their base defenses to a serious test. The victor will get the spoils and the game will get another good PvP mode.

boooo....sneakers will just log off there and when its over,

You come back from hunt with loot in your car then..BAM
plasma nade to your face, you turn to vomit, guy runs away laughing with your car

I will be laugh last, while watching him get shredded by my mercs.

You can always create bases just to serve as a PVP arena.
