Title: move whole stack by default

in inventory actions, when you move stack of items, make ALL a default option and 'split' window appears only when shift is pressed

Yes please but also option to drop/pick up all items of same type (that don't normally stack).

I'm sick of dropping all of my items 1 by 1 .
