Title: Skill progression information?
Post by: Otovsky on March 10, 2010, 01:13:13 am

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone have figured out the formula for the skill percents per skill points and the reduced cooldowns related to them. Is there a max skill percentage? If so, what's the max cooldown on a skill like say, First Aid or Doctor?
I'm curious because I'm trying to make a dedicated healer character and I want to know if eventually it would be practical for demanding groups. It would save me a lot of time if I could look at a chart somewhere and know exactly how this is going to pan out before I waste my time leveling the character.

   - Thanks!

All skills have a max of 300% iirc.
With 144% doc I get a 6 minute cooldown.
With 120% FA I get a 150s cooldown.

Hopefully people can add more and eventually we can either make a table or someone can figure out the formula.

Yes with FA, luck affects the roll for how much hp you heal. With 10 luck you always heal as much as possible, up to your skill level.
I'm not sure about doc in terms of fixing crippled limbs, but when healing weakening, if your doc is at least 10*your level, you will heal 100% of the time.
