Title: can't tag /follow isn't it the arrow icon?

hey i need some quick help isnt it the arrow icon with 3 persons to follow/tag someone.
a blue sphere apears overhead but it doesn't work when i exit the grid

i tried it today but i couldn't get it to work. the second player would not apear in my list of followers or vice versa.

please help fast.

If you tagged someone, then you have to wait for them to go to the world map. If that doesn't make sense,  have both of you tag each other, just to make sure, and make sure you have the "T" button toggled on to see it properly.
