Title: I swear to God the rats in vault 15 talk...
Post by: lucas. on May 04, 2012, 03:45:16 am: I went to V15 to get some computer parts and I swear I saw the rats in there trash-talking me while I was punching them.

Is this some kind of dev joke or I'm going insane?
