put st 2 and in 6, you can cut 1 special from PE and AG and use cigs and nuka cola ;)

This build is already using jet, cig & nuka.
@Lucas,
Your SPECIAL is fine as it is (this is the optimum for this type of build). I am assuming you took "BRoF" as 8th perk. You need this to make x2 aimed shots with sniper rifle.
Also make small gun skill 249% & dump those extra points into "doc" skill to make it 50%. This way you can pick up support perk "dead man walking". Also pickup support perk "awareness".

i would say rbte is better than more critical

At the moment RBtE ignores 25% - 1/4 of the helmet critical chance modifier that in the best case scenario will give a bonus of 2.5% critical chance if the target is wearing combat helmet , so more critical is a better choice at the moment.

I use similar build with dead man walking. From my experience it's very efficient against snipers, however almost every energy build with high perception can kill it easily. So it's good for open space areas, sniper battles and basically for all max range 50 hex fights.

Build is done, no need to post.
It's the exact as the second build I posted, only with 1 less luck and 1 more strength for some more carry weight.

But its jet build, so whats the point of 2 ST?

As said above jet is going to drop your strength to 1 anyways. Also since BA is not currently in game your carry weight is fine for CA + all the necessary pvp gear. If you want a "mule", make an alt for such task.

You need more HP otherwise you gonna die from 1 minigun burst :)

What's the point of having more HP if I'll have as much sight as a guy with a minigun?

Sight is 50 hexes, just enough to fire a sniper rifle at its max range. Dont know if you like PE to be 10 but i think its useless. Mayby you have the same sight as a guy with a minigun but atleast you can try to shoot him before he can.

that argument if often mentioned on this forum,but sniper should be scout for the team too,max sight is a must for me.you get to warn others and have few sec to think of your moves and see your oponents eq etc.
but i guess it comes down to way you play
