Title: Disbanding Followers Via Dialog

As stated in title, a dialog option to relieve a follower of his service would be nice.

With the arrival of companions and their unpredictable spawning, the only way to grab one while at full pp is to run to a viable location, leave one follower there, rush back, disband away team via console, then hire. Unnecessarilly involved and not in the least immersive. Ideally, every follower would have an added dialog option to be dismissed, no matter where you are.

I meant dialog, not console. Although, if that one works, that's fine with me, too, so thanks for the hint.
Though I am completely baffled where that one comes from.
