i think that it could be done, like in the oridional runescape that when your created lets just say that there is a implant or something and you wont be able to pk or be pked. you could viset any town doctor to have it removed, and then you could pvp. you could also, after this get it put back in, but it starting at 15k for the first time so it would not be practicle for it to be done alot

And god, when will thoes players learn that this game is meant to be hard and meant to be fallout, not Runescape or some shit.

You obviously never played while the "No PvP" command was available for everybody. And let me tell you - it was hell.

In the majority of MMORPGs players receive experience points and level increments by defeating opponents and completing quests; this is not the case in Hello Kitty Online, where players level-up primarily through resource collection and item crafting.
These always give me a smile.

Ok anyway, locked. I bet it will never be implemented, sorry. Fallout world is made so that if you're strong enough, you can kill everybody (Even Tandi !).
