Title: question about armor blueprints

hey,
i know steel armor mark 2 and combat armour need blue prints.
What about leather armor mark 2?
and steel armor ?

It's metal armor, Metal Armor doesn't require blueprints, Leather  Armor Mark II doesn't require blueprints too.
