Title: strange tree in cantina bar in NCR

Not really bugs. It's closer to AI actions + some unfinished maps.

Some say, If you do great deeds, the devs send a peon to your base to decorate it ;)

So gogo do maps, scripts, quests, art, music for 2238 now!
