Toxi CAVE is guy from cs, with polish name, name ingame - CS Barter, simple cs member which is not res, but seems pking at other trades by other forum and ingame alts instead of res :D

But sure alot people interested in pking for get blueprint :3

Mentants cannot be crafted due to HQ Chemicals unavailable in game for now.
Superstim doesn't need BP, just 2lvl of Doctor profession.
