Welcome wasteland scums, Mr Bishop sends his regards

Bishop Family starts some business in south towns-NCR, Junktown and Hub. Citizens of these cities have to pay tribute to my men. They will protect the most important businesses, like shops, mercenaries building in NCR, place when you can buy a base in Junktown and others. Of course you know what will happen, if you won't pay:
