Title: What's the deal with mk2 flamers?

So I have only seen one person claim to have crafted one on the forums and there was no proof, I have bg2 so i can make the mats to make mk2 fuel but mk2 fuel isn't in my fixboy. Hard to believe the devs would bother reworking flamer perks and then not implement any of this. Is it just not craftable? And if so are there any mobs that use mk2?

I personally never farmed rangers nor I'm BGer, but I asked my friend, he said that rangers drop mk2 fuel.

Yea, those rangers with flamers have about 40-55 mk2 fuel in their inv.

They are, I tried when I enc them with marauders but I had low steal skill,
and they don't attack you if you fail while they are in combat

Every npc doesn't shoot when you fail at them while they were in combat.
But meh thanks for info gotta borow friend's stealer.

Normal fuel is in game also, just craft it from alcohol.

improved flamers are in game just need to find them in glow.  ;)

What about that other type of laser rifle?
Extended something, are those in game?
