Title: I can't get my character!

 I was playing on the server, and I was with my friend, we were in the NCR then something happened, no one could type anything. I left the server and went back on the server, and at the bottom of the conscript it said, "This player with the same login is currently in-game!" I don't know what to do! I want my character back! I had a good level on too! Please help.
