Title: cigs ??

Hey i was wondering apparently there are cig machines near the boneyard/tobacco farm or something or so i got told.
Could anyone clarify a little?
must i bring caps to purchase them from the machines?
or do i simply collect them?
do i need items to craft cigs, can i craft them at all?
any info appreciated
edit:i did a search and saw that in feburary the cig plants are bugged by the way are the respawn cigs still bugged ?

I guess Its Still Bugged and thats the reason why u must buy them now , before that bug u were putin 2 or 1 idk atm  tobacco leaves in that serious machine and u was getting 1 cigarette package .

i also heard that u can buy tobacco leaves from several merchants but for 1k plus so i guess its cheaper to buy them only for 100 caps if its still possible , because i dont know .

killian always has tobacco..maybe it would be worth it with high barter char,otherwise too expensive
