If my character has 10 perception already does sharpshooter do anything for him?.
Edit: because some people say it expands your view others say it doesn't work(more leaned towards the latter).

increases how much you can see, like if you had 12pe

i will increase you feild of veiw even with 10 pe it will also make shots more accurate.(better chance to hit)
with 10 pe + sharpshoot you can see 56 hex
