Title: Alloy crafting x5 instead of x10

Probably an oversight but the only way to get enough resources to craft 10 alloys is if you have weight perks, 20 ore and 20 minerals are more than a 10 str char can lift.

Or 10 ore & 10 minerals for 10 alloys.
We need 10x crafting option for hq stuff
