Title: What items Vault City Merchants buys?

The only one who looks like buy something is the one on courtyard.

Is it outaded or is that me that 90% of merchants don't want my stuff?

The bartering system hasn't been finished , so traders don't accept most of the items and yes that wiki page is outdated.
