sd works when u have sneak on, it deenst matter if they see you or not, u will use sneak status only when u will shoot someone, get shooted or when you want to pick up something.

If you looked for the answer, you would find that it doesn't matter whether you are visible or not, just as long as you are "sneaking".

IF i come somone from back and sneek is on and i have silent kill perk and he sees me juste dosent move and i attack him from back i will still score crit?
