I wish i can be heard out by posting this here. Me and my friend were palying to FOnline at my house, and so it happen we were using the same IP so.. Halfsack branded this "DUAL LOGGING" (lol). He gave us some typing test that i counsidered pathethic and the GM denied to come on mumble to hear me and my friend. Now both me and my friend are in jail banned for 8 days.
GM: Halfsack
My Character: Keigoris Arm
Malo's Character: Mashmalo
I am utterly annoyed.
AND Halfsack also banned me from IRC. its getting a little too far , Seriously.

Why should a GM join mumble, the presence of you too there wouldnt explain the situation you are into.
Besides, i wouldnt join a teamspeak, mumble or whatever just cause someone told me to do so.
If you have followed the instructions, everything would have been just fine, so why blame the GM, you were the person
who acted wrong.
Calm down, ask nicely, there is always a way of solving those issues!

whatever you and your bro /friend log on numblenimbe doesnt prove he plays / knows how to play fonline.
In here they check it by proving you two can be "active" at this same time, doesnt like it doors right there >>

Just 2 words about reasons behind the typing tests: Mumble or whatever unfortunately doesn't prove anything. On voice chat you can take anyone to help you "pretend" there is another player. If you dual log on 1 computer with 1 keyboard, some typing tests are much harder to cheat. Also, there is anti-alt so you can't just logout and ask a friend to login on another computer quickly.
I don't say you dual logged or not, I don't know the case, just telling why showing yourself on voice or video chat is not helpful at all. It would be better if we wouldn't have to bug players who have the same IP with these "pathetic" tests, but unfortunately we have to do it from time to time - to make sure the game is fair. You can thank cheaters who use dual logs for this inconvenience :-\

I think that the best way to effectively find solution in cases where there is suspected alt abuse like this:
If person insists they are multiiple, have both parties use some free, easy to get program like.. skype, and create some kind of test that coordinates the person talking with their action in the game.

Just say that your account was hacked, and hacker was playing on your alt :P
